Here At Pawenu, we want to help make everyday life with your dog calmer and more manageable. We recommend using the product for at least 14 days before deciding whether it’s right for you. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return under our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and we may be unable to make changes.

If we’re able to cancel your order, we’ll process the refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We recommend trying the product for at least 14 days to give you time to use it as part of your dog’s training routine. If you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return after those first 14 days and within 60 days of purchase.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email hello.pawenu@gmail.com. Please include your order number. If you don’t have it, provide the name and email address used to place the order so we can find it faster.

Damaged Items

We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to the shipping box alone, such as dents, does not count as product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery at hello.pawenu@gmail.com. Include a clear photo of the damage so we can review it and determine whether you qualify for a replacement at no cost.

We don’t refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
